Paying an invoice
Every invoice from Ecomis Group Inc. arrives by email with a secure Pay this invoice button. Select it, choose bank transfer (ACH) or card, and you will receive a receipt by email.
Sign in with the email address your invoices are sent to.
Ways to pay
Bank transfer (ACH), recommended
Pay directly from your organization's bank account. ACH is the preferred method for utilities and public agencies, and there is no added fee to you.
Credit or debit card
Major cards are accepted for any invoice. There is no added card fee to you.
Check or your own ACH remittance
If your accounts payable process requires a check, a vendor form or your own ACH remittance, email egisupport@4ecomis.com and we will send remittance details and a W-9.
Your payment information is protected
Payments are processed by Stripe, a certified payment provider, on its own secure pages. Ecomis Group Inc. never sees or stores your card number or bank account details. Always check that the payment page address begins with https:// and belongs to stripe.com, and never send card or bank details by email.
